The 9th Annual Diamantina Droughtmaster Bull & Female Sale will be held in Winton on Friday 18 May 2012.  This year Eversleigh and Wallace Vale Droughtmasters will be presenting 14 bulls, 2 registered heifers and approximately 300 commercial No 1 heifers.

The bulls are being prepared in the paddock and are on a 3/4 P supplement developed by Coleman Stock Feeds at Charters Towers.  Details and photos will be updated regularly ... below is a sneak peek of the bulls getting ready for the sale.  In some cases there are "then and now" photos. Sires of Diamantina draft

Below are photos of some of the sires of our bulls going to the 2012 Diamantina Sale.  Most of the photos were taken recently with the boys in their "working gear".

Clonlara 06101 - "Gus" has been an outstanding sire in our stud since his purchase in 2007.  Sire of Lots 2 and 5.  At the 2011 Diamantina Sale 4 sons of Clonlara 06101 averaged $4250 to a top of $5500 for Eversleigh Corvette sold to Cody Malone of Mt Grant Stud.

Eddington Delux - sire of Lot 1

Garthowen Oke 2 - sire of Lot 96.  He has also been used successfully for the past two years over our commercial maiden heifers.

Eddington Chief - Lot 98.  Chief is also the sire of a registered heifer Lot 126 - Wallace Vale April

Hamadra Smokey - Sire of Lot 99

Minlacowie Kaddatz - Lot 4 as well as sire of registered heifer Lot 125 Wallace Vale Ava.  Two sons of Kaddatz sold at the 2011 sale for an average of $5000.

Wajatryn Donatelo - joined to the two registered heifers Lots 125 and 126.
